Share Basecamp Hybrid School is an education model designed to collaborate with the homeschooling and local community.
Description
What is your child passion about!? Well, we want to help them bring their passions to life. We will meet June 6-29th every Tuesday and Thursday from 10-2. We will help them define their passion, learn how to creative brainstorm individually and in a group setting, organize their ideas, budget, and execute! If able we LOVE to incorporate visits in the community or a professional community mentor to team up with the student to really open their eyes that their passions make a difference in the world. We will celebrate on the last day, June 29th with an Passion Exhibition Show where the student can invite family and friends to see what they have worked hard on.
Each Tuesday and Thursday the child will need to bring a water bottle, their lunch and a snack. We will have lots of outdoor time and utilize our outdoor classroom whenever weather allows. This is a drop off. (We will need at least 6 attendees to make this class possible.) Depending on each individual's project, there will up to a $50 supply fee. If community visits/field trips are possible, these will be scheduled outside of camp time if needed.
*Camp fee is not refundable if unable to attend.
