This event is more than just a pasta workshop. It's a celebration of traditional Italian cuisine with a Vegan Gluten-Free twist. Whether you're a seasoned home cook, a novice in the kitchen, or someone simply interested in exploring new flavors only Vegan and Gluten-Free, this event is for you.
Under the guidance of Chef Asha, you'll learn how to make a variety of delicious, homemade Vegan Gluten-Free pasta from scratch. We'll dive deep into the secrets of pasta-making, exploring everything from choosing the right ingredients to mastering the perfect textures and flavors as well as saucing them just right.
No previous cooking experience is necessary, just a love for good food and a willingness to learn. Come hungry and leave with a wealth of culinary knowledge and a satisfied appetite.
Due to limited seating and the upfront costs of food and preparation, our baking & cooking class events are FINAL SALE and NON-REFUNDABLE. You are welcome to have someone come in your place if you are unable to attend. Additionally, as you know this class will take place in our Vegan Gluten Free dedicated kitchen. We use soy, nuts, corn and other ingredients that could interfere with you enjoying the class if they are an allergen for you.
