Join us for outdoor movie fun! For the last 4 Wednesdays in May, we present to you our May Outdoor Cinema Series: Big Rig!

All Movies: Doors at 7pm; Showtime at Sundown.  

Concessions Stand will be open for all your movie favorites: popcorn, Nachos, Candy and more!

Wed 5/8 Smokey & the Bandit: Burt Reynolds, Sally Field, Jackie Gleason, Jerry Reed and more star in this riotous classic of trucker cinema.  Follow them on a madcap adventure to smuggle Coors beer from Texas to Georgia (ridiculously illegal in 1977).  Drink Special: Coors Banquet Beer!  Buckets of Banquet until we sell out!

Wed 5/15 Maximum Overdrive:  Early Emilio Estevez and his misifit crew of truck stop characters fight for survival as an orbiting comet possesses all machines on Earth to attack humans.  Soundtrack by AC/DC!  The ONLY film that Stephen King directed himself!  Watermelon Drink Specials

Wed 5/22: Over the Top: Sylvester Stallone as a truck driver with regrets about his past arm wrestles his way into saving his relationship with his estranged son.  

Wed 5/29: Pee Wee's Big Adventure: This event is a collaboration with our good pals over at Bike Easy!  There will be bike valet parking; and, everyone who rides their bike to this event gets in for $1.  Yes, that's right: ONE DOLLAR!!!! Yay bikes!

  • The showtime listed for the event is the time the event starts. Doors will generally open an hour before the listed show time unless otherwise listed.
      We allow pets during the day, but not at night for music (anything after 7pm). Service animals are always allowed.
     
  •  Please do not park in the Broad Theater parking lot. We have a parking lot for  The Broadside and plenty street parking available on Toulouse and Lafitte. If you would like to be escorted to your car, please ask the Sheriff on duty. You may also park in the Auto Zone parking lot if they are closed. 
  •  We have a variety of seating options such as benches, picnic tables, chairs, and stools. You are welcome to bring your own chairs, if you require a seat for health reasons or disability, please ask a staff member and they can provide you with a chair.
