LiveWell courses, programs, and resources help you map out a vibrant path forward following a dementia diagnosis. Our dementia positive community and campus is an alternative to traditional “memory care” interventions. We promote autonomy, choice, and the individuals ability to pursue wellbeing on their own terms as they age. We value people living with dementia as equal contributors and are constantly striving to be innovators grounded in practice.

Why choose LiveWell Personal Training?
Research is proving more and more that exercise, specifically strength training, helps slow the process of cognitive decline. Strength training does not have to mean lifting heavy weights, it can be as simple as learning how to use your own body weight to maintain strength throughout your life.
Being fit is a relative term based on the goals and abilities of each of us. With personal training at LiveWell, an experienced personal trainer will work with you one on one to address your fitness needs. Whether you would like to improve strength, balance, endurance, mobility, flexibility, or body awareness, our personal trainer will design and implement a program specific to you. The program will build in your unique strengths and support your individual challenges while consistently assessing your progress keeping you moving toward your goals. Every movement and exercise performed will have a purpose and be goal dependent so that you move closer to being fit every day in everything you do.
