Philly Sketchfest presents Brick Penguin (from Washington DC) and Fun in Moderation (from New York City)!
Brick Penguin is a sketch comedy group from Washington, DC. They perform raw, joke-packed live sketch comedy shows that have at times included bribing their audience with cash, eating a 12-foot party sub onstage, shadowplay, tapdancing, blood spurts, and disgracing Pearl Harbor Day.
Fun in Moderation is a New York City-based sketch comedy team that offers a famously good time. This show is an all-night party featuring sketch comedy and fun games in an effort to, you guessed it, disappoint our parents. Just like every other sketch group, two of us are dating, one of us has a podcast, and all four of us have a hard time making eye contact with people. We’ve performed at Caveat NYC, Asylum NYC, and at PIT Sketchest, and we were recently featured in The New Yorker. “A sketch about hearing your own voice”.
