Philly Sketchfest was created in 2008 to celebrate sketch comedy in the City of Brotherly Love. Over the years, Philly Sketchfest has brought some of the best sketch comedians to Philadelphia. In addition to live shows, Philly Sketchfest also produces a podcast, My First Sketch, hosted by Josh Higham, available wherever you get your podcasts.
Description
Philly Sketchfest presents Hip Replacement, InAction Network, and Less is Morgue (all from Philly)!
Hip Replacement Sketch is a multigenerational diverse group of Comedians who take their talents and skewer historical figures and the pitfalls of modern post pandemic life.
InAction Network is a live, offbeat sketch comedy show styled as a local TV broadcast from un-local lands. Expect everything you might find on your local TV network, but with a twist. In their debut show, "InAction News @ 11", they tackled late-night local news, including daily disasters, community clashes, informative weather and traffic reports, and even a word or two from their sponsors. Tune in and find out what's on tonight!
Less Is Morgue is a sketch trio from Philadelphia that formed out of the competitive sketch comedy show, Cutthroat Sketch. They're dumb and loud and sorry if they've made a mess.
