Join us for an evening of exploration and creativity as we dive into the world of Passionflower. This workshop offers a unique opportunity to deepen your intuition, enhance your creativity, and build a meaningful connection with this powerful plant.
Workshop Highlights:
- Passionflower Tea Meditation: Guided by Ashley, this session will immerse you in a calming plant meditation with Passionflower tea. Discover the plant’s healing properties and learn how to incorporate its medicine into your daily life.
- Watercolor Painting: Led by Susannah, this segment will take you through a relaxing and expressive watercolor painting experience. No prior painting experience is necessary—just bring your curiosity and willingness to explore.
What to Bring:
- A mug for tea
- Something comfortable to sit on (cushion, blackjack, or camping chair)
- A journal for reflections
- (Optional) Your own watercolor supplies, though materials will be provided
We’ll start with meditation on the deck and then transition to tables for painting.
