Positive Intelligence is the science and practice of developing mastery over your own mind so you can reach your full potential for both happiness and success

The PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient) measures the strength of your positive mental muscles (Sage, i.e. serving you) versus the negative (Saboteur – sabotaging you). 

Positive Intelligence is therefore an indication of the control you have over your own mind and how well your mind acts in your best interest.

Saboteurs react to challenges in ways that generate negative emotions such as stress, disappointment, self-doubt, regret, anger, shame, guilt, or worry.

Your Sage handles challenges through positive emotions like empathy, gratitude, curiosity, creativity, self-confidence, and calm, clear-headed, laser-focused action. 
 

High PI = your mind acts more as your friend than as your enemy and vice versa

 

Introducing the PQ Programme:

 

Designed like a mental fitness boot-camp, the PQ Programme gives you the insights, motivation, and structure to practice 15 minutes per day for 6 weeks. 

The programme combines weekly video sessions with Shirzad Chamine together with weekly live group coaching sessions led by Aries. This is augmented by daily app-guided practices to boost your 3 core mental fitness muscles. 

As well as the facilitated weekly video sessions and activities detailed in the table opposite, you will also have weekly live group coaching session with Aries.

 

These sessions will last for 45 minutes and take place on Monday of each week.

During the week commencing 16th August you will take your assessments and download the free app and receive your invitations to the weekly group coaching sessions which will take place via Zoom

Leveraging both my business, diversity  and coaching experience, I support individuals, teams and businesses to have the right mindset and confidence to align to their core values.

 

I have continued in my active participation as an ACE Mentor for minorities in the UK under Change Grow Live as well as being solution coach with Project5, the non-profit organisation supporting NHS health and care workers.
