Pride in July Returns to Barton Orchards!
We are excited to bring Pride in July back for the third year! We'll have a variety of entertainment celebrating inclusion in the Hudson Valley, raising awareness and support for the Dutchess County Pride Center and other Local LGBTQ+ groups.
What to Expect
Don't miss live performances featuring stars from Ru Paul's Drag Race in our brand new, enormous, 14,000 square-foot event space, "The Monster". The 2024 line-up is full of amazing entertainment, including The Only Detox, Loosey LaDuca and Jan Sport from Ru Paul's Drag Race! The multi-talented, super-creative Andrew Barret Cox returns! Who could forget his fabulous split down the Slip n' Slide at the second Pride in July?? CT's Premier Theater Queens Summer Orlando and Barbra Streetsand return as true Pride in July veterans!
The Amateur Drag Contest returns! Enter for your chance to win $1,000 in prizes! Think you've got what it takes to win our Pride in July Amateur Drag Contest, hosted by Summer and Barbra? Winners of the elimination rounds will have a chance to perform in front of an all-star panel of judges in our brand new event space called “The Monster”! Registration is limited to the first 30 participants on a first come first serve basis. Registration opens at the Entrance Stage starting at 4:00 sharp. Please bring a clearly labeled flash drive with two song options, up to two minutes for each song. Imagine performing on a big stage in front of RuPaul's Drag Race Queens?! Good luck!

The "Hey Girl, Hay Ride", the Slip n' Slide, Mechanical Bull and Foam Party are back this year! Be sure to take a pic with the Mermaids and Stormtroopers and don't forget to visit the baby goats too! Enjoy a full bar with 20 on tap at The Tap Room. We'll have craft vendors, food, ice cream, and plenty of beverages too! This is a unique pride event that you won't want to miss!
Tickets
Presale General Admission: $24.95 (plus tax, and $2.44 fee). General Admission tickets will increase, so be sure to get them in advance!
Presale VIP Experience (Ages 21+ only): $124.95 (plus tax, and $7.73 fee) LIMITED VIP Experience tickets for guests 21+ will include access to our beautiful new air-conditioned event space ("The Garage"), three hours of complementary food and an open bar including wine and beer, meet and greet with the Queens, a Pride in July t-shirt, private bathrooms, preferred seating for drag performances in "The Monster" and access to the VIP room until 9:00 PM. VIP Experience tickets must be purchased in advance, as they will not be sold at the door.
