Description

We invite you to join us for a workshop to explore the potential for a twinning program with East Sussex Farmers, Procurers and Schools & Community Groups.

This initiative aims to foster stronger connections between buyers and producers, ensuring a more sustainable and ethical food supply chain.

During this workshop, we will delve into the procurement process and discuss the specific needs of buyers to effectively engage in the twinning program.

Key topics will include:

  • Exploring the benefits and challenges of purchasing directly from farmers
  • Understanding requirements when placing orders and managing current contracts
  • What you would be interested in procuring locally

Your insights and feedback are invaluable in shaping this initiative.

WHEN: 10.30am-1.30pm, Tuesday 26th November

WHERE: ONLINE - A Teams link will be sent out closer to the event.
