Pruning Hydrangeas with Robin Howell

February 25, 9-11 am

Have you ever wondered why your hydrangeas never bloom? You may be cutting them back at the wrong time of year. Join the curator of the Japanese Garden at MBG to learn how different hydrangeas require different pruning techniques and timing. This class will require considerable walking as the demonstrations will take place in different gardens. Dress for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes. Optional: bring your sharp pruners if you would like to practice what you have learned. Class size is limited to 15; register early to avoid disappointment.

$12 MBG Members/$24 Non-Members. Register no later than February 23.
