THIS IS A RAIN OR SHINE EVENT!
Cape Ann Plein Air’s Quick Draw is being held in downtown Manchester-by-the-Sea on Saturday, October 12, 2024 from 9am-2pm!
Over 100 artists will have just two hours to complete their works, before their work will be displayed on easels for visitors and buyers to peruse or take home. All artworks created will be available for sale.
$2,000 in prizes are awarded to the top painters by our Events Judge, Lori Putnam – the energy and excitement will be high, along with the quality of work. Juried and non juried artists will be judged separately.

Location: Downtown Manchester-by-the-Sea (meet at First Parish Church Community Hall, 1 Chapel Lane, Manchester-by-the-Sea)
Artists Check-in: 8:00-9:00AM Saturday, October 12.
Canvases: Must be stamped at check-in
Painting Time: 9:00-11:00
Judging: 11:30-12:00
Artwork Sales: 12:00-2:00
Cape Ann Plein Air Juried Artist Awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, honorable mentions.
Non-Juried Artist Awards: 1st, 2nd, 3rd, honorable mentions.
$35 fee for participating artists
(free to public to attend to view, watch painting, and purchase)
Along with the eateries in downtown Manchester-by-the-Sea, Far Out Ice Cream will also there with their amazing ice cream for sale!
