During the pandemic, a group of aspiring west coast DJs connected over discord in sharing their love for EDM, DJing, and music production. It started with 3EO commenting on Damn Dallas’ new track. One thing led to another–producing new tracks together, introducing to other DJ friends (a number from ICON Collective music production school in LA), and an international invitation to DJ altogether at the Rave ‘Til the Grave show in Nanaimo, Canada (August 2022). After continued success with a San Francisco show (April 2023), the DROP1N Collective was born. Pronounced droppin’ as in dropping the latest EDM tracks, the Collective is planning additional shows this year in Los Angeles (October and December 2023).
