Description

Branson based singer-songwriter and multi-instrumentalist Reagan K is an explosion of soulful pop ballads with an artistic acoustic flair.  Her original melodies range from anthemic rock to intimate moments of catharsis. Self-recorded, self-taught, and self-made, Reagan’s voice shatters any glass boundaries and claims new ground in today’s music.

Reagan’s roots began in her hometown of Little Rock, Arkansas. Throughout her childhood as her family moved from town to town, she gained exposure to a large part of the U.S. and its diversity in music. She became immersed in production at the early age of 14, and now blends her background of homespun country and old time folk into her own style of studio pop. Over the years, her aptitude for live performance and all aspects of musical creation have grown and expanded.

Although Reagan K is primarily a writer, her reputation of expertise and experience with top level professionals in many areas of the music industry stand as confirmation of her skill. She shines as a music producer, professional photographer, videographer, and sound technician.  Always ready for a new adventure, she is currently travelling the country, working in live production for corporate events.

When Reagan plays, she delves straight into what sets her songwriting apart: the raw emotion of the blended balance between word and note. She captures common feelings in an uncommon way and loves to unite her unique experiences with unique expressions.  Reagan K is happy to be coming home to Branson to share her songs and stories at The Nest.

The Nest

A Small Venue for Big Dreams

When Tom and Andrea Brett opened a beautiful new medical office in the heart of Branson, they noticed a special conference room that wasn't living up to its potential. As musicians and songwriters, and hosts to many "jam jams" in the basement of their own home, they began to envision this space as a venue for aspiring artists who might be intimidated by large stages, but need a place to hone their craft. They also realized that there are many professional musicians who would love a small, intimate place to share their music - where they could be more personal with their audience. Inspired by the rustic decor of their beautiful clinic in the Ozarks, and the concept of a nest being a place to be nurtured in, fly away from, and return to, the name "The Nest," was born.
