Bridget will assist you in discovering WHAT the language of energy is, how it flows, how it communicates, and how it speaks to you in your own language. Reiki is so much more than just healing, it's a language of communication and a flow of energy that we learn to understand so that we may use it to heal ourselves and others.
About your teacher. Bridget is a highly skilled and experienced Lightworker who is a Grand Master Reiki Practitioner, trained in a variety of powerful healing modalities. With expertise in Karuna Ki Trauma Based Reiki, Angelic Reiki, Usui Reiki, Reiki for Past Life Healing, and Holy Fire Reiki among others, she brings a wealth of knowledge and techniques to her Reiki practice. In addition to her extensive training, Bridget also utilizes her mediumship and channeling abilities to enhance her healing sessions. She has been personally trained & mentored by a practicing Shaman and Reiki Master, who guided her in her Reiki journey and allowed her own energetic connection & Reiki energy methods to be rooted in shamanic energy healing practices, further deepening her understanding of the energetic realms.

This is where your healing journey begins.
Reiki Level 1 begins the journey of becoming an energy healer. It focuses on physical and self-healing. Reiki's first-degree course brings you into harmony with your physical body, the environment, other people's energy, crystals, and plants
We will cover the history of Usui Reiki, what Reiki energy is, laws of spiritual ethics, the spiritual "detox" that happens after attunements, how to understand and "read" energy from others, how to ground and connect to Reiki energy, learn hand placements, and you will receive your level 1 attunement that attunes you to the frequency of Reiki energy, enabling you to channel Reiki energy.
During the attunement process your Reiki Master/ Teacher uses a combination of symbols and mantras to connect you to the Reiki universal life force. This one-on-one spiritual ritual is to be respected and honored and is a gift to be passed down from teacher to student.
Once all student attunements have been completed, the students will come together to practice using the traditional hand placements on their own auras and experience the flow of Reiki for the first time. This truly is a magical moment of pure spiritual-energetic connection.
From there, we will practice once more with our energy "reading" from others, as well as how Reiki can be used on plants, and to clear a room of negative energy.
Each student will receive a Level 1 Reiki manual, a quartz crystal to infuse with energy, a Level 1 Reiki Certificate of Completion, and a deeper understanding of Reiki Energy Healing and its flow and connection.
This class is being offered IN PERSON only and space is limited. There are no prerequisites other than an earning to connect with Reiki Energy and begin your own healing journey and spiritual enlightenment.
