Description

In the final workshop of the RI 250 Teacher Professional Development Series, join us to learn more about key milestones in Rhode Island’s history and movements which have effected significant historic change in our state. Topics will include the rise of labor unions, environmental restoration, Narragansett Tribal recognition and justice for Native groups, and immigrant communities in Rhode Island.

Free lessons, resources, a letter for 1 1/2 hours of professional development points, and a $100 stipend will be provided for all educators attending.
