All proceeds from this event will support the CRMO Warriors Guild benefitting Chronic Recurrent Multifocal Osteomyelitis (CRMO) Research at Seattle Children’s. CRMO is a rare disabling disease. There is no identified cause for CRMO or any medications that have been approved to treat it. It is often missed by physicians as growing pain so children with CRMO often suffered from pain for months before they are diagnosed. Subsequently they face many challenges in their lives due to bone pain and limited mobility. Seattle Children’s research focuses on understanding this relatively rare disease so we can eventually develop better therapies and discover potential cures.
