The Russian Recording 20 Year Anniversary is an exceptional outdoor family-friendly fundraising event presented by Lil BUB's Small & Mighty Concert Series. It is being hosted at Russian Recording, 1021 S. Walnut St in Bloomington, IN on Sunday, September 10th, 2023 from 12:30 - 10 pm with live musical performances on two different stages from the bands listed below.
100% of the net proceeds from all activities, admission, raffle, and beverage sales benefit three local charities:
- Girls Rock Bloomington
- Indiana Recovery Alliance
- Lil BUB's Big FUND for Special Needs Pets

STUDIO STAGE
The main Studio Stage is a festival-style outdoor stage in the empty lot next door on the north side of the studio, which will be accessible from the studio's parking lot. This is where all of the electric rock and roll bands will be performing.

SWITCHYARD STAGE
Named after our neighbors across the street, The Switchyard Stage is going to be a smaller stage for acoustic performances located in the Russian Recording parking lot by the food vendors, closing out the night with a performance from Bloomington's own Busman's Holiday with special guest Erin Tobey.

THE RAFFLE
Every admission ticket comes comes with a fixed amount of raffle tickets (see ticketing pricing and details below) for a chance to win one or more of the incredible prizes donated by our friends, listed below. Additional raffle tickets may be purchased at the event, please see raffle ticket pricing below. In accordance with Indiana State Laws, all raffle ticket purchases must be made with cash. There will be an ATM on location for cash withdrawals.

HOW THE RAFFLE WORKS
There will be a dedicated jar in front of each prize. Participants can place as many of their raffle tickets as they want into the jar(s) of their choice for a chance to win that prize. Raffle participants must keep the other half of their raffle ticket stubs in order to claim their prize. Concert-goers will be asked to submit their email addresses when purchasing raffle tickets to receive the winning numbers via email, which will be announced on Tuesday, September 13th. We will also announce the winning numbers on our social media via Instagram - @smallandmightyconcerts

FLASH ART TATTOOING
Our very good friends Colin McClain and Giacomo Del Rio of Time and Tide Tattoo have generously donated their artwork, time and talent to support the beneficiary organizations of the event.
Both have designed gorgeous event-themed flash art sheets including everything from cats, to mics, and even Deerhoof and Murder By Death pieces. You can choose one of any of their designs to get tattooed for $100, and the entire amount benefits Girls Rock Bloomington, Lil BUB's Big FUND for Special Needs Pets, and Indiana Recovery Alliance! We just ask that you please tip your artist at least $30 for their hard work.
There are seven 1-hour time slots available for you to book with each artist (14 total slots) throughout the day between 1:00pm and 9:00pm in the West Apartment in our building. The entrance is located at the door to the left at the top of the exterior staircase of our building. Each person getting a tattoo is permitted one guest to come with them for the appointment.

FOOD AND DRINK
There will be food, beer, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages served from the vendors listed below. Guests will be able to purchase drink tickets to buy local beer provided by Upland Brewery and canned cocktails from Cardinal Spirits, and bottled mocktails by No Buzz Bottles.
100% of all beverage profits benefit our recipient charities.

WHERE AND HOW
The event will take place outdoors at Russian Recording. The Russian Recording parking lot will contain the raffle, food and drink, family-friendly activities, dining tent and The Switchyard Stage. The Studio Stage will be in the empty adjacent lot north of the studio. The performances will be staggered between the two stages so you won't have to miss a single performance.
There will be three entrances, one at the southeast side of Russian Recording parking lot (by the alley behind the Veo Scooter building), one at sidewalk on the south side of the studio, and one on the sidewalk on the north side of the studio.
There is free street parking located on most of the streets near the studio (S. Washington, S. Lincoln, etc) and there will also be some spots available at the neighboring businesses' lots.
