Description
Join us for a ghost hunt like no other inside the sacred halls of an active 19th century church.
We’ll begin the evening inside the magnificent English Gothic sanctuary, listening to the haunting sounds of the pipe organ as they echo through the church and hopefully stir the spirits awake.
Next, we’ll congregate inside the great hall for a brief history lesson and tour. Then we’ll break into groups and explore every area of this labyrinthine building—three floors of history and ministry, dating back to the Germans who settled the area.
Also included is an investigation of the makeshift underground crypt beneath the building, where we will be within arm’s reach of dirt-filled mass graves filled with 250 bodies, their restless souls still not possibly at rest.
We’ll conclude with a prayer for the living and the dead – because all of us are imperfect souls, yet we all deserve grace and unconditional love.
Every brick, every piece of stained glass, every room, has a story to tell. Let us pay tribute to the history of this building—and its SANCTUARY OF SOULS.
