Santino Tomasetti is a musician-songwriter originally from Pittsburgh, PA. For the last 13 years, he has been traveling the world performing in films, theatre, and with his own music. While living in New York and Los Angeles to pursue an acting career, Santino released two records with the band TT and The Racers. Last year he released his first solo album “Long Time Coming,” and has since been performing anywhere from Italy to Antarctica alongside Broadway stars, Grammy-nominated musicians, and hall of fame songwriters. Notable performances/venues include Lincoln Center in New York City, Walt Disney Concert Hall in Los Angeles, the Emmy’s in Chicago, and The Mansion Theater for the Performing Arts right here in Branson, MO.

Santino will be performing acoustic renditions of songs from his album “Long Time Coming,” as well as favorites from the last 13 years. “Long Time Coming” is a nearly hour-long series of vignettes from the last 7 years, with bluesy, folk, and rock influences. The album plays with these three primary sonic colorings in three different chapters that are bookended with a prologue and epilogue. The performance will feature high energy, group call-and-response moments, and emotional lyrics.

A Small Venue for Big Dreams

When Tom and Andrea Brett opened a beautiful new medical office in the heart of Branson, they noticed a special conference room that wasn't living up to its potential. As musicians and songwriters, and hosts to many "jam jams" in the basement of their own home, they began to envision this space as a venue for aspiring artists who might be intimidated by large stages, but need a place to hone their craft. They also realized that there are many professional musicians who would love a small, intimate place to share their music - where they could be more personal with their audience. Inspired by the rustic decor of their beautiful clinic in the Ozarks, and the concept of a nest being a place to be nurtured in, fly away from, and return to, the name "The Nest," was born.
