In today’s digital landscape social media marketing can be stressful and confusing, but it can also give artists and creative businesses the opportunity to connect with a wide variety of people. Social media opens many doors for you to tell your story, share your passion, build a fanbase for your work, and sell your products and services. Find out how you can make social media content part of your weekly workflow, helpful to your audience, exciting to potential customers, and fun for you. Learn how to create a social media content strategy that is manageable, engaging, and helps you accomplish your goals.
BIO:
Sarah Benoit is co-founder and lead instructor of the JB Media Institute, a digital marketing school, and President of Creative Original, Inc., a small business web design and consulting firm. She is an SEO, social media, and marketing and communications strategist who has worked in the field since 2003. Sarah has also led classes, workshops, and presentations about many aspects of digital marketing throughout North Carolina and the U.S. since 2006.
Refund Policy:
Class registration requires payment in full on or before the first day of class. If you have paid for a class and must cancel your registration, you may choose to hold a credit or receive a refund according to the following: a) Cancel more than 1 week prior to class start date: 100% refund b) Cancel within 1 week of class start date: 75% refund c) Cancel on or after class start date: No refund. Credit in the full dollar amount for use with a future class must be used within 6 months of original class date.
This workshop series is for Blue Ridge National Heritage Area Craft Trails artists, galleries and cultural organizations, and provided through a partnership with Craft Your Commerce, a Mountain Bizworks program for creative entrepreneurs, and the Blue Ridge National Heritage Area. Funding is provided by the Community Foundation of Western North Carolina.
