This month we’re trying something new for Saturday Morning Cartoons yoga in the Green Room!
Two classes, back to back, one hour each, with a Milk and Cereal Prelude and Post Party.
The first class is active movement and self massage. A combination of activation with dynamic stretching and release… while we listen to a cartoon and video game inspired playlist..
At the end of the first class we will transition to a combination restorative yoga and assisted stretch session while watching cartoon classics on the big screen, volume up.
You can book for one or both sessions, giving space to customize your monthly experience according to what you need.
Show up a half hour early for the first class or stay late after the second class for cereal and milk and a stoney sm0ke sesh.
