Community Clay - Pattern Shop

This Beginner Wheel class is suitable for anyone over age 18 who is interested in learning how to throw on the pottery wheel.
Classes are every Saturday from 10AM-12:30PM for 6 weeks, includes 2.5 hours of hands-on instruction each week, use of community tools, clay, and 2 finished pieces* each. Keep additional pieces* for $10 each (*7 inches tall or wide, whichever is larger).
About your teacher
Syd picked up pottery about 6 years ago and learned from teachers, friends, and hands-on experience in a community studio before they became a teacher themself in 2021. Syd’s personal work is about seeing yourself in a piece of art. They hope to show their students the infinite possibilities that have been and can be created with clay.
