The Brighton & Hove Food Partnership's Community Kitchen is a cookery school where everyone can cook, learn new skills and enjoy food with others. We want everyone to experience the benefits of cooking and eating together. By paying for a cookery class, you help other people to attend cookery activities, regardless of finance, confidence or ability, and to make lasting changes to their lives.
Description
A chance for your child to learn classic cookery and baking skills while creating delicious bread this half-term.
We are back with our World of Food sessions for the young cook in your life. This fun, hands-on workshop with Chef Jethro are perfect for young aspiring chefs! Learn all the skills involved in creating fresh bread from kneading to shaping.
The bakes:
- Soda bread
- Dough balls w/ garlic butter
- Mini focaccias
Dietary requirements: The menu for this class is vegetarian and involves cooking with gluten. For any other dietary requirements or allergies, please contact us to discuss before booking.
Tickets for this event include:
