What You Will Learn
We are excited to welcome Moez Ben Achour, sommelier for Robert Wiedmaier's Washington, DC restaurant Marcel's, to NTTC's kitchen. With nearly 25 years experience in the world of wine, Achour was instrumental in Marcel's achieving the 2013 Restaurant Association Metropolitan Washington RAMMY Award for "Wine Program of the Year."
Spend a spellbinding afternoon learning from a master about wine and food pairings, what makes a wine a winner, and what it takes to become a professional sommelier. Achour will pour and explore extraordinary wines he has hand-selected from some of the best wine regions in the world. You don’t want to miss this very special event as he uncorks his cellar of wine secrets!
