hi! 👋I am Heidi Oh- sex and intimacy coach, and a proud Gen Xer! We're the ones that got ignored growing up, right? And I feel like that included what we learned about SEX and OUR BODIES! 🍆🍒🍑🌮
We didn't get the GOOD stuff in school, [most] of our moms, grandmas, aunts, sisters, cousins, and friends either didn't know or didn't tell us. 👵

I've been teaching sex ed, reproductive health for over 2 decades and recently added sex and intimacy coaching to my bag of tricks! 👜
