329 Water StreetBasic graphite pencils and paper will be all we need to create delicate botanical sketches.
Learn or renew your knowledge of the various lead pencils and how a variety of shading techniques can bring your plant sketches to life.
We will use live flowers and greenery as our reference materials. Images created will be of a single flower.
All supplies are provided with instruction from artist Patricia A. Hawkenson.
Please obtain a ticket before the start of class to ensure your spot in the class.

Classes are intimate small group settings. We value individual artistic expression.
Participants do not ‘copy,’ but instead, use an experimental approach as they incorporate new techniques to create works of art.
With small class sizes, events sell out quickly.
