Hosted by 13 Moons Alchemy and led by Christopher McLaren of Divine Energy Works
Join us for a 75-minute session focused on breathwork, sacred drumming, and healing vibrations. We’ll begin by grounding ourselves with breath and drumming, creating a shared energy field. Then, you’ll experience the soothing sounds of crystal and brass singing bowls, tuned to 432Hz and aligned with the 7 chakras, to help release stuck energy and invite balance. The session will close with the calming tones of chimes, gently guiding you back to your center.
Before we begin the journey, enjoy complimentary cacao to prepare your body and spirit for deep healing.
This experience is all about your journey, and what you take from it is up to you. Using intention, breathwork, and meditation, we’ll create a space that supports deep healing and clarity. No prior experience is needed—just come as you are and allow the vibrations of the bowls to assist in releasing what no longer serves you.
The crystal bowls are tuned to the Earth’s resonant frequency (432Hz), promoting the flow of fresh healing energy throughout the mind, body, and spirit, encouraging deep, multidimensional healing.
**What to Bring:**
- Anything you need for comfort on the floor (chairs available upon request).
- Crystals or sacred items to charge with the energy of the bowls.
- Water, a journal, or notebook to capture any insights that arise.
- Most importantly, bring an open heart and a willingness to release what no longer serves you.
