Tiffany Para will lead the sound bath by doing vibrational sound healing, Mama Troy will be walking around cleansing the group, and Danie will be doing reiki healing energy on everyone.
You will learn how to be present and breathe. Elevate through listening to frequencies that tap into your mind, body, and spirit.
Please bring a mat, pillow, and water.
