As a sound healing practitioner, April provides the vibration and intention to promote your healing. April uses crystal bowl, Himalayan bowls, gongs, drums, and other instruments to create a relaxing environment.

Sound Healing with April

Sound healing has been around since ancient times as people have always believed in the power of sound vibrations to heal the mind, body, and soul. At the beginning of the sound bath April will invite you to set a healing intention for yourself or to simply relax and enjoy as she offers you healing vibrations. Several instruments will be used including Himalayan bowls, crystal singing bowls, a drum, shakers, a rainstick, and gongs.

***Please bring a yoga mat, blanket(s), and pillow to make yourself a cozy nest for the sound bath***
