You’ll mix flour, water, salt & starter culture to be able to take your dough ball to bake during the next day or two at home. You'll sample sourdough, learn how to add inclusions, and more!
Included are some of Batter & Mac's own starter to take home, easy to understand instructions, and a basket/cloth for you to take with you.
Beer and wine are available for purchase.
Age 16 and up. Age 10-15 welcome with a separately ticketed adult.
