OC GOP Chairman Hon. Will O'Neill
Where We Are and Where We're Going
Hon. Will O'Neill was elected as Chairman of the Republican Party of Orange County in 2025. He previously served on the Newport Beach City Council from 2016-2024, having served as Mayor in 2020 and 2024. Will graduated from Stanford University and U.C. Hastings College of the Law. He is a business litigation attorney. He and his wife are raising two children. Will regularly shares his views on Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter under the handle @RealWillONeill.
After our keynote speaker, we will hear from a panel of Republican College Students providing their perspective on issues and the party.
