This is an important meeting to elect the nominee for retiring Judge Ned Mangum's 10D seat. We MUST have quorum in order to elect our nominee. If we do not have quorum, we will NOT have a candidate on the ballot in November. Judge Mangum has held this seat since 2008. We need to keep this seat Conservative!!!
