The Moroccan tajine is centuries old, and allows steam to circulate during cooking, which creates rich, layered flavors. In this class, your chef instructor will teach you how to incorporate sweet and savory spices and seasonings, like ginger, cinnamon, and cloves with parsley, pepper or saffron to make mouthwatering plates. These dishes also feature meats and fruits, plus rice or bread. So get ready to head to northern Africa for an evening of unforgettable delights!
