What You Will Learn
This St. Patrick’s Day, skip the green beer and learn how to craft vibrant, flavorful cocktails that go beyond the usual Irish whiskey. Whether you’re a cocktail connoisseur or a festive novice, this hands-on class will guide you through creating unique, St. Patrick's Day-inspired drinks that are as fun to make as they are to sip. During class you will learn to make an Irish Maiden, Irish Man’s Night Cap, and The Nutty Irishman.
By the end of the class, you’ll leave with a set of delicious St. Patrick’s Day-themed cocktails and the confidence to create your own festive drinks at home. Plus, you’ll have all the skills you need to throw your own cocktail party and impress your friends with your newfound mixology expertise.

What To Expect
Great cooking is about more than just recipes—it's about celebrating culinary experiences with a foodie community. In this class, you'll learn with other students in a positive, interactive environment led by our professional chef instructor.
- Instructor: Coming Soon
- Length: Approximately 2 hours
- Format: Hands-On. Get ready to stir up your inner chef as you work with other students, typically in groups of four people, guided by the chef instructor. You’ll be standing and cooking during the class, so please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and have long hair tied back. Make sure to bring your appetite because you will enjoy all the dishes created during the class.
- Locations: First floor.
- Restrictions: Ages 21 and older.
Experience Options
- Premium Experience: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, or soft drink. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
- General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
- Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
- Allergy Restrictions: Unfortunately, there are no gluten allergy alternatives for this menu.
