Stickybuds & JPod have both woven a sonic tapestry that resonates locally, regionally, and worldwide. We're thrilled to feature their amazing talents at Kelowna's newest concert hall: Revelry. 

 

This is part of Footwerk Events' 15 year anniversary, which we are celebrating all Fall.

Originating from the vibrant Canadian West, Tyler Martens, widely known as Stickybuds, boasts nearly two decades of global touring and music excellence. As a premier Canadian export, his prowess on turntables and in the studio has captivated audiences in over 25 countries, gracing iconic venues and festivals such as Burning Man, Shambhala, Envision, "We Love Space" Ibiza, and Glastonbury.

With a repertoire exceeding 70 label releases and numerous DJ mixes, Stickybuds has woven a sonic tapestry that resonates worldwide. His music has left an indelible mark, featured in blockbuster franchises like Spider-Man and Star Wars, while concurrently blasting out the sound systems of underground scenes and massive festivals.

A fixture at Canada's Shambhala Music Festival for 19 years, Stickybuds has perfected a unique DJ style, blending genres with live turntablism and impeccable selections. His annual Shambhala mixes showcase a fusion of funk, reggae, drum n’ bass, and broken beats, adorned with exclusive acapellas and custom VIPs.

In response to the 2020 touring hiatus, Stickybuds launched "The Different Strains Show," a weekly Twitch live stream, connecting with fans globally and solidifying his role as a leading tastemaker in the DJ community. In 2023, Tyler returned in full force, releasing, touring, and delivering his beloved music to dedicated fans worldwide.

Equipped with creative motivation and armed with technical knowledge he continues to articulate an original sound rich with flavor. To keep him dancing JPOD consistently makes music with punchy beats and bouncy basslines.

His strong commitment to music with soul, incorporating vintage funk, world, reggae, swing, blues, folk, bluegrass, Latin, Motown, and more! With such a range of styles, JPOD always takes you on a diverse journey that transforms the dance floor. What could be better than smiling and dancing?

Featuring: A fall showpass - a FREE eticket to each fall show from until December 12.  - OPEN TO ALL WHO BUY AN ADVANCE TICKET AND CHECK IN TO ATTEND THE SHOW.

Be advised that a Government issued ID is required to enter. For your safety, your ID will be scanned to detect fake/expired IDs as well as remove flagged troublemakers. The venue reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone at any time.

REVELRY Food+Music Hub is a fast casual café (during summer), music hall, and urban meeting space rolled into one. With always-changing events and menus, no two experiences are ever the same. The music hall is open for special events over fall, winter, and spring.

We are grateful for all of the people who have graced our dance floors over the many years at: Revelry, Distrikt, Gotham, the historical 3rd floor space at 275 Leon Ave, Sapphire, Sapphire Lounge, Habitat, Flashbacks, The OK Corral, Cannery Lounge, Lake City Bowling, The Grateful Fed, the Mary Irwin Theatre, and house boats, backyards, the woods, and other magical places.
