Description

Storytime with Santa is a “Christmas Morning” experience where Santa and his Elf will gather around the fireplace to read two Christmas stories, play games, sing, and dance with all of the children who are on the nice list! No naughty children will be found here! 

Storytime with Santa is a complimentary experience, ticketed for your comfort and enjoyment. You must reserve tickets for all members of your party, other than children 2 years old and under.

What you can expect:

  • The experience will last 30 minutes, and the stories will be read in English.
  • This experience takes place within a covered tent, outdoors. Whilst the tent will have heating, please dress appropriately with layers (including proper footwear).
  • There will be seating and standing room provided within the tent.
  • While Santa won’t be greeting children individually, he’ll spread plenty of holiday cheer as he addresses the crowd and captivates everyone with tales from the North Pole.
  • Strollers are permitted, and there will be an area to ‘park’ these at the back of the tent.
  • No pets are allowed inside the tent.
  • There will be no food or beverage available on site, however you can visit one of the many food and beverage outlets in Banff & Lake Louise before or after the experience. A full list can be found here.
    • Non-alcoholic beverages are allowed however we request that no food is consumed in the tent.
  • Please note, if severe weather conditions are present, you will receive an email with information on how to proceed.
  • There are no washroom facilities on site. The nearest public washrooms can be found within Cascade Mall (3-minute walk), and Central Park (5-minute walk)
  • Tickets need to be purchased for all adults and children over the age of 2 in the group.
     

Please be considerate when booking tickets and cancelling at least 24 hours in advance if you can no longer attend to allow others to enjoy the experience.
