What You Will Learn

Ready to take your pasta game to the next level? Join us for a hands-on stuffed pasta class where you'll learn the art of creating delicate, flavorful pasta filled with your favorite ingredients. From rich, creamy ricotta to savory meats and vegetables, you'll discover how to make pasta from scratch and stuff it with delicious fillings—just like an Italian Nonna.

By the end of the class, you’ll leave with all the skills you need to impress your friends and family with your newfound pasta-making expertise.

Come hungry, ready to roll up your sleeves, and enjoy a fun, interactive experience where you’ll be creating pasta that’s as satisfying to make as it is to eat!

What To Expect

Great cooking is about more than just recipes—it's about celebrating culinary experiences with a foodie community. In this class, you'll learn with other students in a positive, interactive environment led by our professional chef instructor.

  • Instructor: Coming Soon
  • Length: Approximately 3 hours
  • Format: Hands-On. Get ready to stir up your inner chef as you work with other students, typically in groups of four people, guided by the chef instructor. You’ll be standing and cooking during the class, so please wear comfortable, closed-toed shoes and have long hair tied back. Make sure to bring your appetite because you will enjoy all the dishes created during the class.
  • Location: First floor. 
  • Restrictions: Ages 16 and older. Students under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a paying adult.

 

Experience Options 

  • Premium Experience: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class and enjoy a seasonal appetizer as well as your choice of one complimentary glass of beer, wine, or soft drink. (additional drinks available for purchase) Also spend a few private minutes with our chef instructor!
  • General Admission: Arrive up to one hour before the start of class to enjoy cocktail hour at NTTC's fully-stocked bar.
  • Allergies: We will attempt to accommodate any true medical allergy with advance notice. Please indicate allergies when completing ticket purchase.
  • Allergy Restrictions: Unfortunately, there are no gluten or dairy allergy alternatives for this menu.
