Description
Unlock the Power of Doing Business with the Department of Defense! Gain insights into how to successfully pursue government contracting opportunities. The United States faces persistent and increasingly sophisticated malicious cyber campaigns that threaten the public and private sectors' security and privacy. In support of E.O. 14028, federal contracts include clauses specific to security training and practices and increasing the cybersecurity requirements to maintain compliance in defense of the expanding risks. This presentation will provide an overview of FAR 52.204-21 and its intended implementation of safeguarding controls. This session will also review training requirements specific to the DoD to ensure a robust understanding of the security controls and how they apply to the existing regulations.
