This year's Summer Solstice dinner will be prepared by Chef Micah Wells.
This is a formal four course meal that will be prepared and served by Chef Micah & his assistants. The food will be prepared with locally sourced seasonal vegetables and fruit. A beautiful table will be set up outside in front of our Vineyard for a night of fine dining. Come and enjoy this evening with us. No outside alcohol permitted.
Salad-Heirloom tomato salad w/ Blueberry Jam, Mozzarella, Arugula and Basil
MID-Watermelon Gazpacho—Cucumber, Roasted Poblano, Tomato and Pickled Watermelon Rind
Entree-Choice of Pan Roasted Chicken with a Watermelon Glaze or Beef Tenderloin with Cherry Bordelaise
Both Served with Irish Colcannon and Seasonal Vegetable
Dessert-Mixed Local Berries, Shortbread and Sabayon
Wine will be available for purchase in the Tasting Room.
