HOW DOES IT WORK?
You can now book 2 hours playtime in our fun and safe playground and join the FUN!
Please select the time slot that suits you better:
- 9:00 am to 11:00 am
- 11:00 am to 1:00pm
- 1:00pm to 3:00pm
- 3:00pm to 5:00pm
When you pre-book with us, you will be making sure that you and your family get a spot rain or shine, you won't have to wait in line to play at our cafe when we are at full capacity, you can now access a discounted rate for a second sibling (online promotion only) AND most importantly, you will know in advance when we are closed due to a private event or birthday party so you can plan your visit accordingly.
Admission rates are for 2 hours as follows:
- Baby (6 to 11 months old) - $10 plus GST
- Toddler (12 to 35 months) - $12 plus GST
- Pre-K (3 years and older) - $13 plus GST
- Adults not covered by child admission - $10 plus GST for walk-ins OR $5 dls off when pre-booking online ;)
Not ready to pre-book?
No worries at all, you can still drop in during those time slots on the weekends and holidays, but please note that priority will be given to those who pre-book.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Admissions pre-booked are non-refundable and not transferables between adults/children.
- If you need to re-schedule, you can do so directly on our website (https://rainbowplaycafe.simpletix.ca) with a minimum of 24 hrs before the event at no extra charge.
- You may use a valid pre-paid punch pass to book a spot for weekends and holidays upon availability. Please call us at 604 553 1019 at least 30 mint before your selected time slot. You will have a 15 mint grace period to arrive, otherwise we won't be able to guarantee you a spot.
- Walk-ins are welcome upon availability during those time slots.
Parents & Caregivers Indoor Playground Etiquette
- All food and drink must stay in the designated area outside the playground.
- NO gum chewing while playing in the playground.
- NO alcohol is permitted when renting the space.
- NO birthday party celebrations must be take place inside our premises when booking for our regular admission.
- NO outside food allowed other than water, milk, and baby formula.
