Description

Please join us for a 3 course meal in our teaching kitchen. 

We are trying our first ever reservation style dinner.  You will need to select an item for each course AND your desired seating time by texting 423-991-3789 after you purchase your tickets.

Menu:

First course:  (choose 1)

  • Oyster: calabrian nduja and parmesan
    • or
  • Gazpacho: strawberry, basil ice, tomato jelly and herbs

Second course:  (choose 1)

  • Branzino: local tomato, grilled fennel, Dungeness crab
    • or
  • Heritage pork: XO, confit potato, morels, jus, mousseline

Third course:  (choose 1)

  • Strawberry milk sorbet: rhubarb cream, mint
    • or
  • S'mores baked alaska: ganache, woodford pine, graham cracker crumble
