Description

Please join us for a 3 course meal in our teaching kitchen. 

You will need to select an item for each course AND your desired seating time by texting 513-570-3407 after you purchase your tickets.

Menu:

First course:  

• Squash various ways

Second course:  (choose 1)

• Ballantine of cod, smoked butter sauce, matsutake, hikurei turnip, fennel
  • or
• Duck, smoked carrot, sprouts, shaved matsutake, duck huckleberry sauce

Third course:  (choose 1)

• Apple cake, shagbark marshmallow, bay leaf granita, honey apple jam
  • or
• Local paw paw sorbet, toasted chocolate, chamomile, vinegar gastrique
