With a velvety, smoky vocal style and an ear for the poetic, jazz vocalist Susana Butler brings an intimate, transportive experience to every stage she graces. Susana fronts the dynamic quartet Easy Living, captivating audiences with an eclectic repertoire that weaves together Swing, Latin Jazz, French Chansons, and moody, bluesy takes on contemporary artists like Tom Waits.
At the heart of Susana’s performances is a love of music that feels alive, present, and deeply human. Whether singing a sultry French ballad, an up-tempo Latin groove, or a reimagined classic with a jazz sensibility, she aims to create moments that linger — music that transports listeners and tells a story.
Her band, Easy Living, features some of Atlanta’s top talent, including the virtuosic Micah Cadwell on guitar and the grooving, tasteful Steve McCraw on drums. The drive and rich sound of Andy Eulau on standup bass will round out the quartet for this magical evening of song.
