Swap Meet Planned for Saturday, September 28th

Here is the opportunity for you to clear out your garage, closets, and cabinets and make a few dollars! Spaces for our September 28th Swap Meet go on sale on Friday, August 2nd at 9:00 a.m. Spaces for Swap Meet will only be sold online. Please go to wva.simpletix.com to purchase a swap meet space. The cost for each space is $35 ($10 will be refunded if the space is left clean). The Swap Meet is held at the Lakeview Senior Center (located at 20 Lake Road) from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.  Each household can purchase up to two spaces.   Two swap meet spaces are approximately the size of 4 parking lot spaces.  

Spaces are allocated on a "first-come, first-serve" basis, according to when the participant registers online.  Participants please bring a copy of the receipt on your cell phone.

Set up time for the swap meet begins at 6:00 a.m.

All cars must be out of the parking lot by 6:45 a.m.  For safety reasons, you many not drive your car onto the lot until the Swap Meet is over.  If you have questions, there will be a staff member in charge out there at the event.

While unloading your wares, please park in or as close to your space as possible.

If a participant ARRIVES AFTER 6:45 a.m., they MUST CARRY their wares to their spot.  NO CARS WILL BE ALLOWED ONTO THE LOT AFTER 6:45 a.m.

Parking will not be waived on one side of Lake from Alton to Barranca.  City ordinances regarding parking in fire lanes are still in effect.  Please find a parking spot in the open spaces at the Senior Center.  

We will try to have usage of the Senior Center Park restroom facilities.  The City of Irvine has noted they will try and have the park restrooms open at 7:30 a.m.

No REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN.

If it rains on the day of the event, the Association Office will make the decision to cancel or to continue with the event.  Please call (949) 786-1800 at 5:00 a.m. the morning of the event for the information.  

We will have a trash dumpster for any items you do not wish to keep.

Please find a WVA representative before you leave so we can check your parking space.  You will receive a $10.00 refund at the end of the event as long as all of your items are removed from your space.
