Do you have a modest income and a simple tax situation? Through the Canada Revenue Community Volunteer Income Tax Program (CVITP), the library is hosting free tax clinics where trained volunteers complete tax returns for people. These clinics are being held at both the Centennial and Crystal Ridge branches during March and April. Ask at the library, or call 905-871-2546, x 300 or 400 to find out if you qualify for this help, or to make an appointment. When you make an appointment, don’t forget to ask for the list of things you need to bring along, to make the process go smoothly and quickly. We want to help make sure you get all the benefits and credits that you may be entitled to!
