Join the Jewish Food Lab as we learn the Art of the Cheeseboard and explore some CHEESY themes in Jewish stories with Rabbi Susan Nanus and Chef Dennis Timashpolsky of Evolution Caterers. If you have yet to see Chef Dennis’ grazing tables, you are in for a spectacular treat.

Chef Dennis Timashpolsky Bio

Chef Dennis found his culinary passion at a young age growing up in Los Angeles. Surrounded by a wealth of cuisines and styles. He worked his way up through some of the most highly regarded restaurants working for celebrated chefs such as Gaggan Anand, Jason Travi, Eric Greenspan, and Steve Sampson. He was then hired to personally cook for the top acts of Coachella such as Dr. Dre, Eminem, and Radiohead.

 

In 2019 Chef Dennis worked for 2 Star Michelin Restaurant GAGGAN in Bangkok, Thailand which received the recognition of being 4th Best Restaurant in the world on the San Pellegrino List and the Number One Restaurant in Asia, 5 Years in a row.

 

His Client List includes; Will Ferrel, Marco Antonio Solis, Eminem, Dr Dre, Thom Yorke of Radiohead, Dustin Hoffman, Roger Daltry, Frank Luntz, Channing Tatum, Gloria Steineim, Mayor Antonio Villaraigosa, Mayor Eric Garcetti and many more.

 

Chef Dennis continues to expand his craft by doing research and development for many chefs and restaurateurs around Southern California.

Grounded in the richness of Jewish experience and history, the Jewish Food Lab strives to create educational and experiential opportunities for all the senses.
