Description

The Bells of Dublin, on Sunday Dec. 15, will be infused with the spirit of Ireland, which since the 19th century has animated the rich cultural tapestry of the Ottawa Valley. The Castle Trio of Kyle Burghout, Justin Thériault, and Susan Toman, playing Celtic harp, fiddle, uilleann pipes, tin flute and bodhrán, will imbue with lively Irish character such carols as Christmas in Killarney, the Wexford Carol, I saw Three Ships (Past Three O’Clock), and others. This will be a Christmas concert with a difference, one to throw open the doors to seasonal revels and give the audience a chance to sing along.
