Wayne Lewis, MasterChef S13 semi-finalist, is excited to bring his new food concept to Olentangy River Brewing Company. This is your opportunity to try the Bowl Project first! This is a ticketed event and your ticket will entitle you to dinner and a craft beverage (cocktails not included).
Chef Wayne is serving an exciting, healthy Mediterranean themed bowl. 24hr marinated and chargrilled chicken shawarma. Served over a spiced Mejadra style rice. Mint tzatziki sauce. A cool, cucumber and tomato salad tossed in Moroccan olive oil and lemon juice. Roasted Red pepper hummus with homemade Manakish - a Lebanese flatbread.
