Chef Wayne Lewis, MasterChef S13 semi-finalist, is excited to bring The Bowl Project to Olentangy River Brewing Company. This is your opportunity to be among the first in Columbus to experience this exciting new food concept!
Chef Wayne is serving up his Hawaiian-inspired Huli Huli Chicken Bowl. Marinated chicken thigh cooked over charcoal and finished with a sweet and ever-so-slightly spicy sauce. Coconut Lime island rice. A tangy cucumber & sprout slaw, grilled pineapple wedges and of course, no Huli Huli chicken dish is complete without the traditional Macaroni Salad… of course, with a special twist you’re going to love :)
This is a ticketed event and your ticket will entitle you to dinner and a craft beer/beverage (cocktails not included).
